How to Cancel Your Subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your Triplly PRO subscription through the App Store.

Triplly PRO subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel, follow the steps below on your iPhone or iPad.

Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your name

Tap your name at the top of the Settings screen to open your Apple Account settings.

Tap Subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions to see all your active subscriptions.

Select Triplly

Find and tap Triplly PRO in your list of subscriptions.

Cancel Subscription

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Alternative: Cancel via App Store

  1. 1.Open the App Store app.
  2. 2.Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  3. 3.Tap Subscriptions.
  4. 4.Select Triplly PRO and tap Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, you will keep access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
