Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Triplly mobile application (“App”) or accessing the Triplly website (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Service

Triplly is a travel planning application that allows users to create trips, build itineraries, invite friends and family to collaborate, and share travel experiences. The App is available on iOS devices.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Triplly offers subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Triplly, including trips, itineraries, photos, and profile information (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Triplly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and Website for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Post content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Triplly systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, Website, and all associated branding, design, code, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by Triplly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Triplly does not guarantee the accuracy of travel information shared by users. We are not responsible for any travel plans, bookings, or decisions made based on content in the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
